If you want to burn calories, as well as tone the various muscles in your body, you need to schedule your physical activity according to your needs and goals. To do this, if you do not have an instructor, you should know how to plan a training routine that combines both aerobic and anaerobic work for best results.
1. If you've never exercised, or haven't exercised in a while, don't expect to be able to do it one hour a day, six days a week. Try to start with three 30-minute aerobic sessions a week. After two weeks, add two weightlifting sessions between your aerobic sessions.
